Who we are

This site is operated by Wigo zTech Limited (“Wigo zTech”, “we”, “us”), an AI product company based in Lusaka, Zambia. You can reach us any time at info@wigoztech.com.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you email us (for example through the contact links on this site), we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you write in your message.

Privacy-friendly analytics. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand how many people visit and how the site performs. These do not use cookies, do not build a profile of you, and do not track you across other websites.

Zaelie AI assistant. If you chat with Zaelie, our AI assistant, the messages you send are processed in order to respond to you and may be retained to provide continuity and improve the experience. Please do not share passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal information in a Zaelie conversation.

Your browser storage. We store small preferences in your browser (such as your light/dark theme choice and your cookie-consent choice). These stay on your device.

How we use information

We use it to reply to you, to operate and improve our website and products, to keep the site secure, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site — for example our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) and the infrastructure that powers the Zaelie assistant — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@wigoztech.com and we will respond.

International transfers & security

Our providers may process data on servers outside Zambia. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS across the whole site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
